Collaboratively solving Math problems counting in 3's.  We drew 5 bear faces for the 5 baby bears.  We put a 3 underneath each bear.  This means the bear has 3 buttons each.  Then we counted all the buttons together to get the answer.

Dedication Page to our dear Takarua - Wharemate Tuhiwai Tawhai - Ngakuru

Tena koutou katoa

I am honored

to stand and speak by the side

of Takarua’s whanau

in their marae

Te Maata

and say a few words about my

Mighty Warrior Takarua

You are a Warrior

You deserve the best

and nothing less

WHY

Because you are the best

And don’t you forget it!

I love you

I love you with all my heart

Now Listen carefully

Kindness is your silent smile

my Warrior Takarua,

that shows me you are a happy and content child

who always cares about others.

What a gift!

Kindness so soft, pure and true

Your whanau love

that cloaks you

Kindness is a friend

an encouraging word

Mrs Nathan what did I have to do again? Lol

Kindness is joy

Kindness is strength

Kindness is gentle

You see my Warrior Takarua

the lessons of Kindness and love you have taught me

in your own unique and special way

and the simple but good things in life

you’ve helped me to see them once  again

that

Kindness is a powerful lasting gift

that will comfort me

and give me peace

Kindness is a mark that you have etched in my heart

We will miss you but

we will never forget you

Thank you my Mighty Warrior

Takarua - Wharemate  Tuhiwai - Ngakuru

Safe in the arms of Jesus.

You have changed my life.
